Notice to Shareholders – Dividend Payment

We hereby inform the shareholders of CCR S.A. (“CCR”) that:

As permitted by item (ii), paragraph 2 of article 23 of the CCR’s Bylaws, as of April 29, 2016, we will begin payment of interim dividends corresponding to R$0.2831919035200 per common share, as approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting of March 15, 2016, and ratified by the Annual and Extraordinary General meeting held on April 15, 2016.

These interim dividends will be paid to shareholders of record on March 15, 2016. The Company’s shares will be traded ex-dividends as of March 16, 2016.

On the date of beginning of payment of this right, the dividends will be credited to the shareholders‘ bank account in accordance with the bank details provided to Itaú Unibanco S.A.

For shareholders whose registration is not up-to-date, that is, it does not contain the individual or corporate taxpayer’s ID or an indication of their bank/branch/current account, the dividends will be deposited as of the 3rd business day from the request, provided that the interest parties update their registration data in person at one of the Itaú Unibanco S.A. branches listed below, as guidance that shall be included in the respective Notice to Shareholders to be published after the Meeting.

Shareholders who opt for fiduciary custody will have their dividends credited pursuant to the procedures adopted by BM&FBovespa.
