MATERIAL FACT
CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) hereby informs, further to the material facts released on July 8, August 9 and 26, and September 3, 2021, that, on this date, Andrade Gutierrez Participações S.A. (“AG Participações”) sent a letter to the Company informing that the other shareholders of the controlling group communicated that they do not intend to exercise their rights of first refusal to acquire the totality of the CCR’s shares currently held by AG Participações until October 31, 2021, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed with IG4 Transport LP.
