MATERIAL FACT
CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), further to the Material Fact disclosed on March 24, 2022, informs that, on this date, its subsidiary CIIS – Companhia de Investimentos em Infraestrutura e Serviços, jointly with Canadá Participações S.A., completed the transfer of its full interest in Toronto Desenvolvimento e Participações Ltda. (“Quicko”) to MaaS Global Oy, exchanging the shares held by the latter in Quicko for MaaS shares, with CIIS now holding 17.1% of MaaS shares.
