MATERIAL FACT

CCR S.A. (“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA)  regarding the news released on this date in Valor Econômico newspaper, entitled “Invepar seeks partner for Guarulhos airport”, hereby clarifies to its shareholders and to the market in general that CCR Group is always analyzing new business opportunities that allow the strengthening of its leadership position and its qualified growth. On this date, however, there are no ongoing negotiations between the Company, Invepar and its shareholders regarding the subject matter of the aforementioned notice, and no proposal has been made by the Company.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general informed about relevant operations that involves the companies of the CCR Group under the terms of the applicable regulations.
