(“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) pursuant to CVM Resolution 44, as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that received today a notice from Capital Research Global Investors (“CRGI”), informing about the reduction in the interest held by CRGI in the Company’s common shares, therefore, starting to manage a total of 79,639,323 common shares of the Company, which represent 3.94% of this type of share, as attached.
