Notice to the Market – ANAC Decision

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

 

(“CCR” or “Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), in continuity to the material facts and notices to the market disclosed by the Company since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic (“COVID-19”), announces that, as reported by the press today, the Board of the National Aviation Agency Civil (“ANAC”) approved, at a meeting held yesterday, the extraordinary revision of the Concession Contract for Confins International Airport (“Confins Airport”), which is operated under concession agreement by Concessionaria do Aeroporto Internacional de Confins S.A. (“BH Airport”), a company indirectly controlled by CCR, due to the economic impacts resulting from COVID-19 for the airport concessions sector in 2020, whose decision is still pending publication by ANAC.

The rebalancing approved by ANAC will correspond to R$111.1 million for BH Airport and will be deducted from the grants due on December 18, 2020, after final approval by the National Civil Aviation Secretary (SAC), which is part of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
