NOTICE TO THE MARKET

CCR S.A. (“CCR” or “Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), in compliance with Circular 7/2020-CVM/SEP, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, that the Company’s Director of Communication and Sustainability, Mr. Antonio de Toledo Mendes Pereira Filho, will participate on September 30th, 2020, at 10am, in an online event (live) about “Corporate Communication and the pandemic: what has worked, what has changed and what needs to change” which will be broadcasted by Linkedin, Facebook and Youtube profiles at Aberje (Brazilian Association of Corporate Communication) and then will be reproduced by Valor Econômico social networks.
