NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo July 6, 2020 – CCR S.A. (“CCR”) (B3:CCRO3; Bloomberg:CCRO3BZ; Reuters:CCRO3.SA) hereby announces to its shareholder and the market in general that, further to the Material Facts disclosed by CCR on February 21, 2020 and April 9, 2020, Concessionária Catarinense de Rodovias S.A. (“CCR ViaCosteira”), directly controlled by CCR, and the Federal Government, through the National Land Transportation Agency (Agência Nacional de Transporte Terrestre – “ANTT”), signed, on this date, Concession Agreement 01/2020 for the exploration and distribution of public recovery service infrastructure, operation, maintenance, monitoring, conservation, implementation of improvements, expansion and maintenance capacity and service level of the Sistema Rodoviário da Rodovia BR-101/SC, between Paulo Lopes (km 244+680) and the boundaries of the States of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul (km 465+100).

The Concession will have a term of 30 (thirty) years, counted from the Assumption Date (signature of the List of Assets and Transfer of Assets), as provided for in the respective Public Notice.

The signing of this Concession Agreement represents the completion of yet another important stage in CCR’s strategic planning, which aims at its qualified growth, adding value to shareholders and contributing to the socioeconomic and environmental development of the regions where we operate.
