NOTICE TO THE MARKET
CCR S.A. (“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), pursuant to CVM Resolution 44, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market in general that it received, on this date, a notice from Capital International Investors (“CII”), an independent investment division of Capital Research and Management Company, informing that it now manages a total of 101,173,258 of the Company’s common shares, representing approximately 5.01% of CCR’s total common shares, according to the attached notice (“Notice of Increase in Equity Interest”).
The Company is not responsible for the content of the information presented in the Notice of Increase in Equity Interest.
