Notice to the Market – Closure of RodoNorte concessions

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

CCR S.A. (“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that at 11:59 pm on November 27, 2021, the Public Works Concession Agreement No. 075/97 (“Agreement”), entered into on November 14, 1997, by its direct subsidiary Rodonorte – Concessionária de Rodovias Integradas S.A. (“RodoNorte”) and the State of Paraná, through the Department of Roads and Highways – DER, as intervening party, through the Ministry of Transportation and the former National Department of Roads and Highways – DER, as intervening party. (“RodoNorte”) and the State of Paraná, through the Department of Roads and Highways – DER, the Federal Government, as intervening party, through the Ministry of Transportation and the former National Department of Roads and Highways – DNER.

RodoNorte managed during 24 years the concession of 567.78 kilometers of extension, composed by the Main Highways – BR-376 São Luiz do Puranã until Apucarana), BR-277 (between Curitiba and São Luiz do Puranã), PR-151 (connection of Ponta Grossa, Jaguariaíva, Sengés and division with the State of São Paulo) and BR-373 (between Ponta Grossa and Trevo do Caetano, exit to the North of Paraná and Foz do Iguaçu), which total 487.5 kilometers and the Access Road Stretches that total 80.28 kilometers, representing an important concession for the road sector in Brazil, with the modernization of the highways and an investment of R$5 billion in the State of Paraná, which led to a reduction in the accident rate of 73% and 82% in the death rate and the transfer of more than half a billion in ISS to the 19 cities in the state.
