Material Fact – Additives CCR Rio-SP and Nova Dutra

MATERIAL FACT

CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), pursuant to CVM Resolution 44, hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, on this date, (i) the 14th Amendment Term to Concession Agreement no. PG-137/95-00 was executed by its subsidiary Concessionária da Rodovia Presidente Dutra S.A. (“NovaDutra”) and the Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (“ANTT”), regarding the partial transfer of the tariff surplus balance, in credit to Granting Authority, to the Concession Contract referring to Concession Notice 03/2021, for the exclusive purpose of application in the tariff moderation to the users of BR-116 SP/RJ highway; and (ii) the 1st Amendment Term to the Concession Contract related to Public Bidding Notice 003/2021, by its subsidiary Concessionaria do Sistema Rodoviário Rio – São Paulo S. A. (“CCR RioSP”) and ANTT, for the implementation of the principle of reasonable tariffs, by using resources from surplus tariff revenue received, pursuant to the 13th and 14th Amendment Terms to Concession Agreement PG-137/95-00, maintaining the economic-financial balance of the Concession Agreement related to Public Bidding Notice 003/2021.
