Material Fact – NovaDutra – Reduction of the Tariff

MATERIAL FACT

CCR S.A. (“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCR03; Bloomberg: CCR03 BZ; Reuters: CCR03.SA), complementing the material facts disclosed on December 19, 2019 and December 23, 2019, reports that the Brazilian Land Transportation Agency (“ANTT” or Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres) decided today, within the scope of Administrative Proceedings 50500.307070/2019-41 – after observing the legal requirements previously questioned by Concessionária da Rodovia Presidente Dutra S.A. (“NovaDutra”), CCR’s subsidiary, through a Writ of Mandamus – to establish the reduction, by 5.26%, of the basic toll tariff of all squares in BR-116/RJ/SP, under Concession Agreement PG – 137/95-00 entered into between the Government and NovaDutra.

The Company informs that NovaDutra will adopt the due legal measures to reverse the merits of this resolution.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly up to date on any developments related to this matter.
