Material Fact – Appointment of Interim CEO

MATERIAL FACT

CCR S.A. (“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), in continuity to the Material Fact and the minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting of August 16, 2022, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, today, Mr. Marco Antonio Souza Cauduro has officially left the Company’s Executive Board and the position of Chief Executive Officer of CCR will be temporarily filled by Mr. Waldo Edwin Perez Leskovar, who will accumulate the aforementioned role with his current duties as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer until the selection process for a new Chief Executive Officer, which is being conducted by the Company’s Board of Directors, has been concluded.
