Notice to Shareholders – Dividends

NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS 

We hereby inform the Shareholders of CCR S.A. (“CCR” or “Company”) that, on November 30, 2022, the Company will pay dividends, as approved at its Board of Directors’ meeting held today, of R$591,582,000.00 (five hundred and ninety-one million, five hundred and eighty-two thousand reais), corresponding to R$0.2928626662 per common share.

As of November 01, 2022, all Company common shareholders will be entitled to receive such dividends and, as of November 03, 2022, the Company’s shares will be traded “ex-dividend”.

The dividends will be paid on November 30, 2022, and the amounts will be credited to the shareholders’ checking account and bank information provided to Itaú Unibanco S.A. on the same date.

Shareholders whose registration information is missing the individual taxpayer’s number (CPF)/corporate taxpayer’s number (CNPJ) or bank, branch, and checking account information, but who regularize their respective information as of the third business day after the record is updated will receive the respective amounts.
